No. Each person is permitted one active literoto account. If we detect that you are operating multiple accounts (using the same identity documents, payment method, or device), we will close all duplicate accounts and may suspend your access. If you have accidentally created a second account, contact our support team immediately via in-app chat to request account closure and balance recovery. We will investigate and refund your balance to your registered payment method within 5–10 business days.
On the literoto login screen, tap "Forgot your password?" and enter the email address associated with your account. We will send a password-reset link to that email within subject to verification. Click the link, choose a new password (minimum 8 characters, including at least one letter and one number), and confirm. Your new password takes effect immediately.
